1. Ownership of Designs

All designs, concepts, drafts, previews, artwork, edits, logos, brand visuals and other creative work created by CookzDesignz remain the intellectual property of CookzDesignz, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Client Usage Rights

After full payment has been received, the client receives the right to use the copy final delivered design for the agreed purpose. This may include use for social media, artist branding, events, promotions, album covers, single covers, merchandise, websites or printed materials.

3. Restrictions on Use

The client may not copy, resell, modify, distribute or use the design for purposes outside the original agreement without written permission from CookzDesignz.

4. Payment and Delivery

Final copy files will only be delivered after full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed. Drafts, previews, concepts and unused designs may not be used, published or shared as final work.

5. Custom-Made Services

Because many CookzDesignz services are custom-made, cancellation or refunds may be limited once the work has started.

​

6. Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal

For digital services and digital files, the legal right of withdrawal may expire when the client agrees that the work starts immediately or that digital files are delivered directly.

7. Revisions and Extra Changes

The client is entitled to the number of revision rounds agreed before the project starts. Extra changes, changes outside the agreed scope, or changes requested after approval may be charged separately.

8. Portfolio and Promotion Rights

CookzDesignz may use completed work for portfolio, website, social media and promotional purposes, unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing before the project starts.

9. Client-Provided Materials

The client is responsible for all materials they provide, including text, photos, videos, music, logos, brand names and other content. The client confirms that they have the rights or permission to use these materials. CookzDesignz is not responsible for claims from third parties caused by materials supplied by the client.

10. Client Rights

Clients have the right to clear communication, delivery according to the agreed project details, agreed revisions, a complaint procedure and protection of their personal data under applicable privacy laws.

11. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted through the official CookzDesignz contact channel. CookzDesignz aims to respond within a reasonable period, for example within 14 days.
