Guarantee Policy

At Cookzdesignz, we want you to receive what we agreed to deliver. This guarantee policy explains what you can expect if the delivered work does not meet the requirements of your confirmed written order.

What does the guarantee cover?

Our guarantee covers errors or missing items for which Cookzdesignz is responsible and that do not comply with the approved quotation, brief or order confirmation. Examples include a missing agreed file, an incorrect file format or an error introduced by us in the final work.

How do you report a problem?

Contact us using the contact details on our website. Identify the project and describe the problem. Where possible, include the relevant file or a screenshot. We will review your report against the written agreement and discuss a solution with you.

Corrections and refunds

If the problem is covered by our guarantee, we will correct the affected work free of charge within a reasonable timeframe agreed with you. If a correction is not possible or the problem remains after correction, we will offer an appropriate refund. A problem affecting a separate part of the work may qualify for a partial refund. If the failure makes the entire order unusable for its agreed purpose, a full refund may be appropriate.

You do not have to accept an opportunity to correct the work where applicable law entitles you to a different remedy.

What is excluded from this additional guarantee?

This guarantee does not cover:
• New requirements or changes to the brief after the original approval.
• Changes in personal taste where the work meets the agreed requirements.
• Errors in information you supplied that we reproduced correctly, unless checking that information was part of the agreed work.
• Problems caused by changes made by you or a third party after delivery.
• Outcomes such as a specific number of sales, visitors or engagements, unless we expressly guaranteed them in writing.

Changes outside the guarantee may be completed as additional work. Any charges will be discussed with you in advance.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee policy supplements your statutory rights and does not limit them. Any applicable rights concerning withdrawal, termination, refunds or other statutory remedies remain unaffected. Order cancellations are addressed separately in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
