01. What services does CookzDesignz offer?
We offer creative services for brands and artists, including branding, brand identity, logo design, cover art, social media designs, photo editing, motion design, promotional videos, Spotify Canvas and creative consultancy.

02. How do I start a project?
Submit a project request through our website. We’ll review your request and contact you to discuss your project, pricing and next steps.

03. What do you need from me to get started?
This depends on the service. We may ask for brand information, text, images, logos, references, dimensions or other materials needed for your project.

04. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before CookzDesignz starts working on your project.

05. When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance is paid according to your invoice. Final exported files will only be delivered once the required payment has been received.

06. Do you charge VAT?
CookzDesignz currently operates under the Dutch Small Businesses Scheme (KOR) and therefore does not charge VAT on its services.

07. How long does a project take?
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 14 calendar days. Your timeline starts once your deposit, approval and all required materials have been received.

08. What happens if I respond or send my materials late?
If we’re waiting for your feedback, approval or materials, your project timeline will be paused. This means your original delivery date may change.

09. How quickly should I respond during my project?
We ask clients to respond within 2 business days when feedback, approval or additional information is required.

10. Can my project be delivered faster?
Rush delivery may be available depending on our schedule. An additional rush fee of approximately €50–€100 may apply depending on the project and deadline.

11. How many revisions are included?
The number of revisions depends on the service or package you choose.

​

12. What counts as a revision?
A revision is a reasonable adjustment within the agreed creative direction, such as changing text, colours, positioning or certain design elements.

13. What if I want a completely different design?
A new concept, different creative direction or major change is not considered a standard revision and may require an additional fee.

14. Can I change my service after the project has started?
Yes. If the change significantly alters the original project, it may be treated as an additional or new service. Any additional costs will be discussed with you first.

15. What files will I receive?
You’ll receive the final exported files in the formats included with your selected service, such as JPG, PNG, PDF or MP4, where applicable.

16. Are editable or master files included?
No. Editable or master files, such as PSD, AI or After Effects project files, are not included with the final exported files. These files can be requested separately and an additional fee may apply.

17. Can CookzDesignz share my project?
Completed work may be featured on our website, social media or portfolio. If your project is confidential or cannot be published before a certain date, please let us know in advance.

18. Can you guarantee more sales, followers or engagement?
No. Our creative work is designed to strengthen your visual communication and brand presentation, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, followers, views or engagement.
