Use the form below to accept a quotation you have received from Cookzdesignz. Read and save the quotation and its attached terms before you confirm.

What you are agreeing to

Your quotation sets out the project, deliverables, file formats, revision rounds, schedule, usage rights, price including applicable VAT, payment dates and any additional charges. Enter its reference, date, version and total price below. If information is missing or incorrect, contact us first. Submitting this form does not change the quotation or process a payment.

Your choices and rights

Confirming the paid order records your acceptance of the referenced quotation and its attached terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. This form does not request an early start during any applicable withdrawal period; that requires a separate agreement.

Portfolio permission is optional and separate from accepting your order. It covers only the final design in our website portfolio after public delivery, as described by the checkbox below. Other uses require separate permission. Read our Portfolio Terms and Privacy Notice in the website menu.

After you submit

You will see an on-screen receipt. Cookzdesignz checks your submission against the quotation and follows up using your email address. Keep your quotation and terms for your records. Questions? Contact us using the contact details on our website.
